Starting Point Assessment
The first step in making a plan is figuring out where to begin. Sit down with our trainer for a 1-hour private meeting to discuss what behaviors you want to work on and what skills will be most helpful to learn. After meeting you and your pooch, we put together a plan for moving forward paired with the appropriate package to help you reach your unique training goals.
Leash Manners
For dogs who are exceptional in every way... except on leash. Barking at passing dogs or people, pulling in every direction, or even flat-out refusal to walk are all things of the past with our leash-walking techniques. Learn the ins and outs of proper leash handling, as well as how to keep your pooch engaged and attentive when out on a stroll. This package includes a single lesson lasting roughly an hour.
Polite Pooch Package
Does your dog pull on leash? Push past you to run outside? Jump on guests or neighbors? Rein in your pooch's enthusiasm and learn to guide their energy in more productive directions. Good manners can help turn a rowdy hound into a thoughtful family member. Skills taught include walking nicely on leash, waiting at doorways, greeting people politely, dropping or not touching items upon request, to bark or quiet upon request, and an emergency recall. This package teaches materials over the course of four weeks with each weekly lesson lasting roughly an hour.
Cultured Canine Package
Are you ready to take on the role of a true leader for your dog? Learn to form strong communication with your dog and build both your confidence and theirs. Taking good manners to the next level, your dog will be able to follow instruction regardless of what may be going on around them, and you'll have the skills to take them even further. In addition to all Polite Pooch manners, Cultured Canine skills taught include a duration sit, a duration down, a walking heel, and the place command. You and your pup will also receive real-world coaching during guided field trips, as well as expanded information on how to keep your dog as happy and fulfilled as they can be. This package teaches materials over the course of seven weeks with each weekly lesson lasting roughly an hour.
